  • Contact and meet with the Property Inspector
  • Ask your Representative about their Team of Preferred Professionals (i.e. lawyers, mortgage brokers, insurance agents, etc.)
  • Arrange Fire and Liability Insurance
  • Arrange an inspection for subject property
  • Remove condition clauses
  • A deposit of usually 5% of the asking price has to be made and will form part of the total Purchase Price
